Town of Firestone to Resume Late Fees & Shut-Offs

Since March of 2020, the Town of Firestone has not charged any late fees or turned off any customers' water due to the financial hardships that the COVID-19 Pandemic caused.  Now that the State of Colorado's Emergency Order has expired, the Town of Firestone will begin to assess late fees and perform shut-offs as needed to delinquent accounts starting on October 1, 2021.  The Finance Department will continue to work with customers to develop payment plans for those still experiencing financial hardships.
