2023 Firestone Public Works Programs As the season has begun to wind down for the Firestone Public Works Department, we wanted to share participation numbers from their yearly programs designed to provide residents an opportunity to dispose of unwanted waste and - most importantly - ensure it is all disposed of properly. |

Yearly, the Firestone Public Works Department hosts a Clean Up event. Spread out over two weekends, Firestone residents are invited to the Firestone Public Works facility to dispose of unwanted household debris for free. In 2023, we took in 1,513 loads from 1,107 addresses in Firestone! This was approximately 139 roll-offs that the Town coordinated in the disposal of! |

For the first time this year, the Parks Division hosted scheduled Tree Limb Drop-Off days throughout the summer for Firestone residents to dispose of any tree limb yard waste. In 2023, the Parks Division took in 268 loads from 216 addresses. With the great participation this year, we look forward to expanding this program in 2024. |
