Snow & Cold are Forecasted for Firestone this Weekend

It looks like we might see our first trace of snow this weekend! Over the past few weeks, the Town of Firestone Public Works Department has been preparing all of their equipment to handle snow events this season – and they are ready! We even had a little help with painting our plows!

As with all storms, staff will be monitoring the weather and road conditions and will address areas of concern if needed.

Move Vehicles from Snow Routes: Help the Town in its snow removal operations by moving vehicles from priority snow routes.
Give Snow Plows Plenty of Room to Work: The Firestone Public Works snow plow team will work efficiently to clear roadways of snow for safe passage. If you meet a snowplow on the roads, please use caution and maintain a safe distance between your vehicle and the plow.
