Zero-Waste Firestone

The Town of Firestone is excited to host a NEW event this year!  Firestone residents are invited to join us a our Zero-Waste Firestone event in partnership with Datashield, Hulk Addicts Hauling & Junk Removal, Resource Central & St. Vrain Habitat ReStore on Saturday, May 4^th at the Firestone Regional Sports Complex. 

Do you have household goods you need to get rid of, but maybe they still have a useful life? What about that box of old electronics and plugs? Or maybe that box full of paper with sensitive information?  We have a place for you! If you’re getting ready for our Clean Up Day event, please consider donating unwanted items that qualify at this event instead of taking them to be disposed of in the landfill.

Please visit the website of each vendor linked above for what will be accepted.  There are no fees associated with this event, but some limitations.  For example, only one TV per household and one banker box of paper for shredding per household. 

Registration Needed! 

We are asking for residents to register for a spot to help with traffic flow and ensure space is available. Registration will remain open through the event as long as spots are available. Registration can be done online here. 

Proof of residency with either a government ID showing a Firestone address or a utility bill at a Firestone residence that matches the name on your government ID is required for entry. 

Please note: this event is in a separate location from our Clean Up Day event and is only held on Saturday, May 4th.
