Agreement for Option to Purchase Property Approved
The Board of Trustees approved Resolution 25-16 during Wednesday night’s meeting, authorizing the execution of an option agreement and the necessary steps to complete the purchase of property located at 12623 Canoe Street in Firestone.
Upon delivery of an Option Exercise Notice, the Town will have 30 days (an Option Inspection Period) to conduct its due diligence, including inspections, examination of any leases (if any), and review of any other documents detailing the condition of the real property.
Subsequent to the Option Inspection Period, should the Town decide to proceed with the purchase, it will prepare an actual purchase contract within 30 days, with closing anticipated to be on or before April 1, 2025.
