Waterline Repair on Buchanan Ave

Town of Firestone employees are working to repair a waterline leak on Buchanan Avenue. To complete the repair, residents in the 300 block of Buchanan Ave have had their water service temporarily shut off. The repair is anticipated to be done later this afternoon, and the water service will return to normal.

Today, following the repair, the excavation area will be backfilled with a road base to the top of asphalt. Next week, asphalt patching will be scheduled for the area to finalize the repair.
