Mandatory Outdoor Water Restrictions Lifted

May 12, 2025 - Central Weld County Water District (CWCWD) has notified the Town of Firestone that the necessary repairs to the waterline that supplies water to all district customers and municipalities are complete. The mandatory outdoor water restrictions, implemented by CWCWD, have been lifted.

May 9, 2025 - Central Weld County Water District (CWCWD) has notified the Town of Firestone of a leak in the waterline that supplies water to all district customers and municipalities. As a result, the CWCWD is implementing mandatory outdoor water restrictions through the weekend. Residents may also experience low water pressure during this time.

Repair work is scheduled to begin tomorrow, Saturday, May 10, with the goal of restoring full service by Monday, May 12.
