Upcoming Closure of Frontier Street (CR 15)

Between Sable Ave & Pine Cone Ave
March 16 – Late April 2026

Beginning Monday, March 16, 2026, Frontier Street (CR 15) will be closed between Sable Avenue and Pine Cone Avenue for roadway improvements associated with the Frontier Estates subdivision. Weather permitting, the closure is expected to last through late April 2026.

This closure will affect only through traffic. Residents who live along this section of Frontier Street will still be able to access their homes, though they may need to use alternate routes during construction. The regional trail in the work zone will also be temporarily closed, with a detour in place for trail users.

Detour Information

Motorists should use the following routes to access Colorado Boulevard:

• Sable Avenue (CR 22)
• Pine Cone Avenue (CR 20)

Detour signage will be posted to help guide travelers. View the detour map here.

Motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists are encouraged to follow all posted traffic control signs and avoid this section of Frontier Street if possible.
