New Payment Platform
We’re excited to announce that our new online bill payment portal is now live, making it easier and more convenient than ever to manage your utility account.
To get started, please create your new account by clicking the "Online Payments" button below. Setup only takes a few minutes. All you’ll need is the name associated with your account and your account number.
Helpful Tips:
- When entering your account number, input the entire number but omit the decimal—only use the numbers.
- Use your last name only to locate your account.

In-Person Support for New Online Payment Platform
If you’d like assistance setting up your account, we’re here to help. Visit us at Town Hall (9950 Park Avenue) during dedicated support hours—staff will walk you through the setup process and help confirm your preferences:

I was on auto-payment. Do I need to set that up again?
Yes. Your banking information was not transferred to our new vendor. Please re-enroll in AutoPay to avoid missed or late payments.
I was on paperless billing. Do I need to re-enroll?
Possibly. Some accounts transferred successfully, but others could not due to outdated or multiple email addresses. Please log in to confirm your paperless settings.
When should I start using the new system?
Bills received in December should be paid using our new system, Invoice Cloud.
I’m the property owner and have tenants. How should I set up the account?
InvoiceCloud offers a range of great features for both landlord and tenant accounts. If you are a renter, you can pay the bill as a guest by providing the owner's last name and account number, or the landlord can link tenants to their account. Take a look at all the details in the "Landlord/Tenant Accounts" tab above.
What will I see in the new system?
Your account will display usage and payment history for the months of September, October, and November. If you need earlier records, please call us and we’ll be happy to assist.

With Invoice Cloud, property managers can now control who has access to each water account through a feature called Multi-User Login.
What Multi-User Login Allows You to Do
Once your management company registers and links your accounts under a single Invoice Cloud login, you will be able to:
- Grant additional users (such as tenants or staff) access to specific accounts.
- Choose the permission level each user receives.
- Maintain full control over who can view bills, make payments, or manage account settings.
Available Permission Levels
Invoice Cloud provides three access levels:
- Account Guest – Can make payments and save their own payment methods.
- Account Oversight – Can make payments, save payment methods, and manage autopay, paperless billing, and pay-by-text.
- Account Owner – Full access; only this user can manage other users.
Property managers will typically serve as the Account Owner for each property account. From there, you can invite tenants as Guests or Oversight users, depending on the level of access you’d like them to have.
How to Get Started
You can access the Town of Firestone’s Invoice Cloud portal here: https://www.invoicecloud.com/FirestoneCO
- After registering and linking your managed properties, you can go to My Profile → Manage Users to begin adding tenants or authorized users.
