Accepted Electronics: 

• High-Grade (Often Free): Laptops, computer towers, cell phones, tablets, and loose circuit boards.
• General Electronics: Monitors, keyboards, cables/wires, game consoles, stereo equipment, DVD/CD players, fax machines, and handheld devices.
• Small Appliances: Microwaves, toaster ovens, coffee makers, blenders, fans, and small metal appliances.
• Televisions: All types, including old CRT (tube) and modern flat screens. One television per household is recycled at no cost. Additional televisions will require a recycling fee.

Hard-to-Recycle Household Items: 

• Bedding: Mattresses and box springs (must be dry and clean).
• Plumbing: Ceramic toilets and sinks (fees may be lower if hardware is removed).
• Media & Books: Hardcover books, manuals, vinyl records, and record players.

NCT Emporium (also known as NCT Recycling) is a family-owned textile recycling and reuse hub based in Fort Collins, Colorado. Their primary mission is to minimize clothing waste and promote a circular economy by keeping usable textiles out of landfills.

Resource Central’s Materials Reuse program is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to diverting architectural and building materials from landfills. Based in Boulder, they operate a massive 40,000-square-foot reuse facility that functions as a community resource for affordable home improvement.

They accept donations of surplus or salvaged materials from homeowners and contractors, then resell them to the public at roughly 25% of retail costs. By facilitating this exchange, they successfully divert over 4 million pounds of waste from local landfills every year.

Materials must be in good, functional condition for resale.

• Doors & Windows: Interior/exterior doors and double-paned windows.
• Cabinetry: Kitchen and bathroom cabinets (sets or individuals).
• Lumber & Trim: Clean dimensional lumber, plywood, and baseboards.
• Appliances: Working refrigerators, stoves, and microwaves.
• Hardware & Fixtures: Lighting, sinks, toilets, and door hardware.
• Flooring & Tile: Surplus boxes of tile, wood flooring, and stone.

Items They Do NOT Accept:

Tires to Green Recycling (also known as T2GR Recycling) is a tire recycling facility in Colorado with a plant in Hudson and an office in Denver. They accept both used and scrap tires, which are then processed into various recycled rubber products like mulch, crumb rubber, and powder.
